By accessing rebornaesthetic.com (the "Site") or using our online booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

Reborn Aesthetic operates medical-aesthetic clinics and a hair and makeup salon in Quebec. The Site provides information about our treatments, our clinics, and the ability to book appointments via our partners Square and GoRendezvous.

Information presented on the Site is for informational purposes only and may change without notice. It is not a substitute for a medical consultation.

The content of the Site is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any decision regarding your health should be made after consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Our aesthetic treatments are administered by qualified staff and, for injections, by a certified nurse working under a collective or individual prescription in accordance with the professional standards applicable in Quebec.

Individual results vary from person to person. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Before any treatment you will be informed of the expected benefits, risks, possible side effects, and alternatives, and we will obtain your written informed consent.

Prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes (GST and QST where applicable). Prices may change without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of booking.

For bundle plans started at a promotional rate, the rate is preserved for the duration of the treatment plan, as confirmed at the first session.

How to book

Appointments are booked via Square (Montreal, Quebec, Salon Reborn) or GoRendezvous (Injection Montreal). Your payment information is processed directly by these providers under their own terms.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show: a fee of up to 50% of the booked service may be charged.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

Deposit for injection consultations

Injection consultations require a $100 deposit that is fully credited toward your first treatment. The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.

By submitting a form or booking an appointment, you authorize us to send you the necessary transactional communications (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we will only send you marketing communications if you have given express consent, and every marketing message will include a clear unsubscribe mechanism.

• Provide accurate and current information when booking.
• Disclose any relevant medical history, allergies, or medications before treatment.
• Follow the pre- and post-treatment instructions we provide.
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

All Site content (text, images, logos, marks, video, code) is protected by intellectual-property laws and belongs to Reborn Aesthetic or its licensors. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The Site contains links to third-party services including Square, GoRendezvous, Google Maps, Instagram, and Facebook. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Reborn Aesthetic, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, except in cases of gross or intentional fault. This clause does not apply to bodily injury resulting directly from a treatment, which remains governed by applicable law.

In accordance with the Charter of the French Language (Bill 96), the French version of these Terms is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between the French version and any other language version, the French version shall prevail.

The parties have expressly required that this agreement and all documents related thereto be drafted in French. Les parties ont expressément exigé que la présente convention et tous les documents qui s'y rattachent soient rédigés en français.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.

We may amend these Terms at any time. The update date appears at the top of the document. Continued use of the Site after a revised version is published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
